We receive the documents from the charter company. Usually they send them within 1 day after the booking is paid. Sometimes, especially on weekends or holidays, it may take longer. How can I cancel my booking?
Usually the charter company will take up to 50% of the charter cost for a canceled charter if you do it later than 3 months before the charter. What is the check-in/check-out time?

Sure! We will prepare a link for online payment by card, it is suitable for both credit and debit cards. We do not charge additional fees, but some banks do. So we recommend you to clarify this information on the side of your banking provider.
My payment is not going through, what should I do?

Yes, but we have to find the right yacht for you. Not all charter yachts allow their boats to race and the deposit is usually higher for these boats.
Can I rent a yacht for 1 day?

Our product, the Free Deposit Pack (FDP), offers you the peace of mind to cancel the deposit completely and avoid the risk of tying up a significant amount of money. The cost of the Free Deposit Pack is 20% of the deposit (25% - if buying 30 days before the charter or later) It is a one-time non-refundable payment made in advance. When to buy FDP
Please note that the price for FDP increases and 1 month before the charter it will be 25% of the deposit amount. Why is this happening? Because FDP is our unique product with its own economy, so 30 days before the charter we have to increase the price to still have a chance to offer it.
What damages are covered by FDP?
FDP covers damages up to the amount of the standard refundable deposit for the selected yacht. Damages in excess of this amount may be charged to the client. Damage to sails, engine, dinghy, and outboard engine, clogged toilets, engine damage, and intentional damage are also not covered. The full list of non-deposit damages depends on the charter company.
Can I use my discount voucher or Boatcoins (BC) to pay for something other than boat? What can be paid with my discount voucher?
All discount products can only be used to cover the boat price. They do not cover extras, transfers, FDP, can not be used as a Refundable deposit etc. All discount products can only be applied to new bookings and cannot be used for second and subsequent payments on existing bookings.
Can I use my discount, voucher or Boatcoins to pay the second payment?

Can I combine 2 and more discounts?
Only one type of discount is applicable at the time of booking, you can choose the best one. The discount can be applied together with the use of the vouchers.

We have Boatcoins. This is a Loyalty program tokens and you can use them to pay up to 5% of the booking price. We also have Best Price Guarantee. It may be applied if a valid counteroffer with a lower price is submitted. Only available in agreement with the charter company. Additional conditions may apply. And Promo codes. They can be used to get additional discount when booking on the website.
How can I use my voucher?
You can use your voucher to pay for your new booking. If you also have Boatcoins or Promo code, we can combine one of this offers with the voucher.
Is skipper and/or hostess included?
The price on the website does not include skipper, hostess or chef services. Their services must be purchased separately. Please also note that each of these crew members will need a separate berth on board and a separate cabin. In some cases, two hired crew members can sleep together in one double cabin if the berth is bunk.
Why should I pay for the skipper's food?
By using the services of a hired skipper, the customer also undertakes to provide the skipper with a separate sleeping place on board (cabin - on request) and meals for the duration of the charter. The skipper may eat with the rest of the crew, in which case he must be taken into account when purchasing food. If the whole crew eats in restaurants, it is considered good practice to invite the skipper or give him a meal allowance, usually not more than 30 euros per day (depending on the country)
